Impact of Synchronous Class Attendance on the Academic Performance of Undergraduate Students

Due to the pandemic, open and flexible learning has become norm for schools universities, where students get lessons through online classes or study modules. Acknowledging difficulties of remote learning, many institutions allowed more flexibility by providing learners with increased choice accessibility suit their conditions. One is making class attendance less mandatory compared pre-pandemic when was strictly implemented in most schools. To a certain extent, this at own time pace even assume work home responsibilities. Hence, aims determine impact on students’ academic performance synchronous one state universities Philippines. Using descriptive quantitative analysis, 210 were recorded, while final grades served as an indicator performance. The results showed that positively impacts In general, who regularly participate higher grade. Furthermore, moderately positive relationship between these two factors using Pearson correlation coefficient.
